Apollo Investment Holdings Limited Acquires Integra Technology Solutions Ltd to Advance Its Fire and Security Portfolio In The Midlands

[Leicester, April 28th, 2023] – Apollo Investment Holdings Limited (“Apollo”), a niche investment firm specialising in small-market fire and security companies in the Midlands, and parent company of Wilson Alarm Systems Limited (“Wilson Alarms”), today announced that it has acquired Coventry-based Integra Technology Solutions Ltd (“Integra”), a provider of intruder detection, CCTV and access control solutions, in a strategic move to enhance its presence in the Midlands region of the UK.

Apollo intends to run Integra independently before eventually combining it with its existing platform, Wilson Alarms, to create a leading fire and security brand across the Midlands, with a particular focus on the Leicester and Coventry area. The newly combined entity will have a strong presence in the market, with a comprehensive range of services and products, as well as a highly experienced team. Together, it will be serving close to 5,000 customers across the region.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
