Since 2023, we’ve welcomed several companies into the family: Moore Security Systems (Lutterworth) and Integra Technology Solutions (Coventry), followed by the takeover of selected A1 Fire & Security contracts (Grantham). In 2024 we added Bar Alarm Security Systems (Nottingham) and the customer contracts of Nationwide Alarmcall. In 2025, we expanded again with Rainbow Security Systems (Northampton) and Elite Security Services (Derby). Together, these moves deepen our coverage and strengthen our maintenance and monitoring capabilities while preserving local expertise.

In April 2023, following some very careful consideration, the directors Moore Security Systems Ltd, Christy and Peter Moore, decided to merge with Wilson Alarm Systems Limited (Wilson Alarms), a Leicester-based NSI Gold firm that employs similar first-rate customer care ethos to those that Moore Security System had previously prided themselves upon.
All customers of Moore Security System are expected to benefit from this transfer of business which has resulted in increases in both manpower and technical knowledge.

Apollo acquired Integra in April 2023 to facilitate the retirement of its shareholders.

Apollo acquired the trade assets and contracts of the fire and security division of A1 in August 2023, as part of its divestment strategy to enable its shareholders to focus on manned guarding.
